The Beaches Launch Pad offers at-risk teenagers paid employment that is flexible around your goals
We recognise that the transition from secondary education to full time employment is hard and that the workplace can be daunting
With an open mind and a positive attitude, our employment program is designed to introduce young people to the workforce, highlighting opportunities, sharing skills and importantly earning a fair wage
Employment is offered on a part-time, casual basis with an award wage. In addition, we offer wrap around support, including advice on resume writing, interview skills and job hunting

Our team provides a supportive environment where young people can build confidence and learn workplace expectations
Learning & Earning
2: Real Jobs, Real Skills, Real Pay
Participants gain hands-on experience while earning an award wage. Through part-time, casual employment they learn teamwork, responsibility and valuable workplace skills
Pathways Forward
3: Preparing for the Future
Alongside employment we offer wrap-around support including resume writing, interview preparation and job-search guidance. Our goal is to launch young people into long-term employment
