The Beaches Launch Pad is committed to measuring and sharing the impact of our employment focused mentoring program. Details are sourced from our payroll system, our mentee survey and from written comments received from parents, carers and mentees. At the end of each term each of our mentees is asked to fill in a short survey. The results are then collated and summarised below. The results shown are since inception of our program in Term 2 2026. As our mentoring program is relatively new, our sample size is small - as at the end of Term 3 2026 we have 6 completed surveys.

Phil is doing a wonderful service to the community, connecting with a talented pocket of individuals that just aren't catered for in the mainstream, truly a great gift to be able to connect in a casual working environment that then provides a platform to chat about work options without the pressure of formalities. I'm personally very grateful for what he's done for one of our lovely kids that has so much to offer, but lacks the confidence to know where to apply it, honestly can't thank Phil enough.
